EA Survey Hints At Free-To-Play Mode For Battlefield 6

Fans and players of Battlefield seem to be receiving Battlefield 6 related surveys from Electronic Arts which provide some hints at what we can expect from the next title in the series.
After earlier confirmation that the title will arrive in 2021, fans have been eagerly awaiting some news about the game. It is however, important to remember that the survey questions do not reflect what will arrive with the game at launch but that certain features and modes are under consideration based on fan opinions.
As reported by Twitter user Lossy, the survey sent to a select few fans proposes a few different ideas of what could added to the next Battlefield game, with fans able to provide their level of interest in the idea.
The survey questions focus on a free-to-play game mode, 100-person guide/clan system, a battle pass (with a free and premium line), and evolving maps. With Call of Duty: Warzone proving to be a popular free game connected to both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Cold War, it would be no surprise to see EA take a similar step and create a competing battle royale title.
DICE won’t be the only developer team working on the next Battlefield game, with Electronic Arts’ chief studios offer, Laura Miele, confirming to Polygon that Criterion Games (the developer famous for the Need for Speed franchise) will be working alongside DICE on the next Battlefield to ensure it releases on time.
